Telephone bookings must be paid for within 4 days of booking. Bookings made less than 4 days in advance must be paid for 30 minutes before the performance. Mastercard, Visa, Switch and Solo cards welcome. There is a £1 handling charge for this service which covers 1st class postage.

State the date, performance, number of tickets required, together with a cheque or postal order for the full amount and post to the address listed above. Cheques should be made payable to Thurrock Council.
Disabled Access at the Theatre
Wheelchairs can be accommodated in the rear of the auditorium. There are two weelchair spaces in row letter 'O', seats 1-4 and two spaces in row letter 'O', seats 11-14. Please advise the Box Office if you are booking a wheelchair seat when ordering your tickets.
Hearing Aid Users
For those with hearing difficulties, an infrared hearing system is fitted in the Thameside Theatre. This allows people who are hard of hearing to enjoy the full range of sounds in the theatre. This is done by wearing a small receiver which is about the size of a packet of cigarettes. The sound can be heard either through your own hearing aid (using the T setting) or with a pair of walkman style headphones. Loan of the equipment is free and available from any member of the theatre staff.
