Performing with us

As a member of our Society you have the opportunity to perform in our main annual production as well as any other shows, concerts or recitals which might be arranged during the rest of the TOPS year.

Our annual production takes place in March and is either a fully-costumed musical or operetta. The show usually runs for four evenings from Wednesday to Saturday and includes one matinee performance on the Saturday. This may be varied on occasions, as in the case of Oliver! which will include a performance on the Tuesday evening of show week.

Dedication is of the upmost importance when considering becoming a member. In order to participate in our shows you must be available for some Sunday rehearsals nearer to the performance date, and during show week for a technical rehearsal, dress rehearsal and of course every evening (and Saturday afternoon) of the production.
